Instructions
- 1.Stand on your stationary leg with your active foot resting on a slider, slightly behind you.
- 2.Bend the stationary knee slightly. Focus entirely on this leg: ensure the knee tracks perfectly over your middle toes without collapsing inward.
- 3.Slide the active foot backward and slightly outward (posterolateral direction).
- 4.Pull the slider back to the starting position while maintaining stability in the stationary leg.
Form Focus
The stationary knee must track perfectly over your middle toes without collapsing inward at any point during the slide.
Progression
Reach further backward and lower the stationary knee deeper as control improves. Add a light dumbbell for load.
